Duties

Technical Department

Duties

As the Assistant Facility Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks ensuring that everything on our site (24000m²) runs smoothly and that technical problems are solved efficiently. In doing so, you will take care of directing the preventive maintenance and repairs of various buildings and installations, including electrical, HVAC installations, hospitality materials, and AV systems.

Another essential aspect of your role is supervising the technical team. You will motivate and support them in their daily tasks and ensure that they achieve the technical objectives. Financial Services

Duties

As Revenue Manager, you will support hotel management in defining hotel strategies in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day for future periods, including the initial annual forecast.

You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies that improve the hotel’s competitive position and identify growth opportunities. You will analyse hotel performance, including average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR. You will conduct market and competitive analysis to understand performance (RevPAR index, market penetration) and pricing, and use this data as the basis for tactical decisions in collaboration with Hotel Management.

You will provide accurate and dynamic forecasts for future dates, detailed by room and revenue by segment and day. You will base these forecasts on recommendations from related systems and monitor data such as portfolio, booking data, events, and calendar activities on a daily basis.

You will make daily decisions to optimise the hotel’s revenue. In doing so, you will decide on pricing, inventory management (opening/closing rate plans), group requests, and distribution channels.
