Smaller meetings
For meetings up to 30 persons we offer an inexpensive all-in package.

All-in packages are only available in the following meeting rooms: Commissioner Petit chamber, Veranda, Tijl Uilenspiegel hall, Dr. Cornelis Broeckx hall and Dr. Leon Desguin hall.

15,00 euro per person 1/2 day, 1 coffee break inclusive
31,00 euro per person 1 day, 2 coffe breaks and 1 sandwich lunch inclusive 

Renting halls consecutive days
When renting the same hall(s) consecutive days a discount will be offered (10% for the secund day, 20% for the third day, etc.). There is no discount however for the member of staff.

Cultural projects
Cultural organizations interested in organizing long-term projects can request special prices.
